Below are the Wikileaks published Edgar Mitchell 2015 emails, the proposed space weapons treaty, and the publicity for treaty, bottom. All are the echoes of Dr. Steven Greer’s hallucination.

Dr. Steven Greer’s last incarnation was Paramahansa Yogananda, who spent his last years in the escape of samadhi. Yogananda was sent to California a century ago to blend East and West to prepare for one world government. As a young man in this life, Greer went into samadhi the very first time he meditated. Both these incarnations were under the thumb of the same dis-incarnate guru who has co-opted the common Indian name “babaji” – honored father. That is, both Yogananda and Greer had the same handler. Dr. Steve Greer founded the Center for the Study of Extra-terrestrial Intelligence, (CSETI). He also founded the Orion Project to destroy the Earth with unlimited Free Energy. He put together film Sirius, using name from occult.

In his emails, Edgar Mitchel mentions a Dr. Carol Rosin. Dr. Carol Rosin is a Greer devotee. As soon as I saw her name below, I understood the nature of this initiative to the White House by Astronaut Edgar Mitchell.

The talking points about “peace,” which means one world government, is just Greer’s narrative coming through Dr. Carol Rosin, Edgar Mitchell and Paul Hellyer (who wrote the fantasy space treaty included below.) All four of these people worship progress, and all four are ecologically illiterate.

None have studied the Hopi Prophecies for example and understand our times within a larger moral terrain. None have studied David Icke. None understand the need for re-localization and dropping the “one humanity going to the stars” excuse for hijack of nature. In other words, all four of these people, Mitchell, Greer, Rosin and Helyer, and all who follow them, are part of the dominant culture of colonialists and globalists. The dominant culture believes nature is here to serve human supremacy. (The reader might do a self check here. There are perhaps 2 million species on Earth. Does the reader feel one of the 2 million species is superior to all the others? In what way and for how long?)

We can ask, “How does Rosin or Mitchell know what ET desires?” Answer…. Greer. And how does Greer know? Answer… His “deathless” astral guru, Babaji, told him.

We need to be street wise. Has Rosin or Mitchell talked with ET? No. So this is what Greer wants, which is only what his handler Babaji wants, as Greer is a finger of his guru, controlling him life after life. They want “peace” but peace means regulation. “Global peace” means global regulation. “Global peace” means a prison planet.

Is not Nature always movement and friction? Domination in the name of impossible “peace” is global regulation. If nature could fit into a straight jacket, that would be “peace.”

Babaji wants monoculture (East meets West) with one world government control, in the name of awakening, of course.

Babaji is part of the invasive take over of planet by melting all spirituality to reflect HIS sense of spirituality. In fact there are infinite types of awakening. Babaji is, of course, just a minion also, because the dominant culture does not respect or practice personal sovereignty. He also is taking orders.

The whole excuse for New World Order and Google and Facebook is “peace.” The reason for 200 years of bankster funded wars, was to destablize and consoldiate diverse cultures for “peace.” Again, peace means one world government, which requires a one world mono-culture, which requires breaking any loyalty to the local, to the family, in order to arrive at “singularity” of a slave state.

“Winning the Future” – achieved by keeping us below the waist and no longer sovereign so that One World Government can prevail. Winning the Future means the individual must sublimate. Shakira demonstrates Lipstick and War Crimes.

According to Edgar Mitchell emails, we don’t need the global warming excuse for global regulation, because, allegedly we have ET trying to convince us to have one world government. His email upcoming. How nice. And why should we have peace? So they can land here? (See bottom article). And who is ET? Is ET infinite other planets of life, or is ET a dominant culture colonizing this planet with their unique hegemony?

Just as there is no one humanity, there is no one ET. Do all ET universally agree? Actually none of them do. They are each like you and I, sovereign unique beings with our own unique perspectives.

Meanwhile the fact that 1) our present technology, such as integrated chips, is based on back engineered craft that ET willingly allowed us to “shoot down” and 2) the fact that ET work with humans in labs to develop THEIR (not our) technology for them, using this planet’s resources, and 3) the fact that there is a second space program WITH ET assistance, and the fact that 4) all this is not mentioned by Mitchell or Hellyer, means they are not really into disclosure at all, because the truth would blur their good guy/bad guy charactertures. In fact ET is the military-industrial complex.

The real rogue agenda is above White House level and above Greer or Mitchell level. The real rogue agenda is one world government to benefit an outside force, exactly as David Icke has seen. The real rogue agenda is the supremacist values of the one world culture and those that guide it.

Notice how in the fantasy Space Treaty below, Hellyer will co-opt “indigenous peoples.” This is because the dominant culture is seductive. Indigenous peoples don’t even want a pipeline, don’t want highways, don’t want our sick products. Seductively, the “World Order” will try to pay off designated “leaders” and “elders” to sign the Hellyer treaty to get “consent of indigenous peoples.” Horrible.

Dr. Rosin, who Mitchell names, is missing some discernment because she has swallowed Greer’s fantasy that someone somewhere lives without adversity and opposition. Wherever there are individuals, there are diverging perspectives, thank goodness. We means plural.

Greer’s most amazing foolishness is the idea of “universal peace.” What an odd mantra of denial. Let’s say it like this… “Universal Stasis.” Does that sound sane? In a multi-verse of ceaseless change and movement, there can be no stasis anywhere, let alone everywhere.

As Greer’s guru himself says

“Stasis is never leading to liberation. [Liberation from what? What is he talking about? In fact he means liberation from the responsibilities of respecting context.] And every movement forward [forward towards what?] is a choice that brings you to a heightened awareness, to an expansion of consciousness.

[The ego candy of thinking one is high and thus more disconnected. In other words, vanity. This is Luciferianism. Babaji is in fact connected with the so called ascended master El Morya who channeled through Madame Blavatsky, whose followers created the UN Lucifer Trust. UN. One World government. Peace on Earth. Babaji, teacher of Greer, doesn’t love his mother. He simply hates the Earth and her density, and lives in fear of connection and it’s responsibilities. The Earth is our teacher for she teaches us context. He is “liberated” from the bondage of direct responsibility. He always works through proxies, like Dr. Steven Greer, who influenced Edgar Mitchell.

In a moral existence, it is loss that teaches us worth. The Earth teaches us this. We know about this, he does not. For “ascended masters” only vanity is worthwhile. Only expanding, seeking height, becoming greater, forward travel is worthy of vanity. Forward toward what?

I, Ray, do not sink into darkness and forget the light, I sink into service and forget vanity.

In Babaji’s supremacist and narcissist view, there is no recognition of balance with context. Anything that does not feed the egoist sense of expansion is seen as “dark.” One must “progress” after all. To “progress” one must be separate, not connected and capable of compromise. To feed the vanity of expansion, one becomes a predator, rather than a spouse. This could also be called the fear of the cycle of rebirth, and it is indeed fear, and this fear is dark.

Here is the Hellyer “Treaty” draft with my [comments], written by former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, another one world government globalist whose religion is “progress.”

Hellyer goes on to say that these aliens would give us a lot more technology

He said “getting the military technology.” Who is giving it? Supreme angelic beings?

In an interview with RT (formerly Russia Today) in 2014, Hellyer said that at least four species of aliens have been visiting Earth for thousands of years, with most of them coming from other star systems, although there are some living on Venus, Mars and Saturn’s moon. According to him, they “don’t think we are good stewards of our planet.”^[12]

This Treaty incorporates the best language and intention of all relevant past, current, and proposed treaties [claims to be best language for all time], and updates the Russia China treaty that they proposed in 2008, which they have said, in 2014, that they are working to update.

Some activists are proposing a Code of Conduct for Space activities. This Code they have drafted is NOT a binding law…it is just rhetoric.

This Treaty acknowledges that there is a role of a non-weapons nature for militaries to play. It opposes the weaponization of space, not the militarization…as it gives a new definition to the “militiarization” word…as the militarization of space has a new meaning when referring to space…as there are no space-BASED weapons. The “militarization” of space has occurred, but requires a new definition for the purposes of this Treaty and outer space. In space, militaries already play a new role, one without space-based weapons. (Space-based weapons are described in the Treaty.) Militaries in space are providing enhanced intelligence and communication, observation, and data sharing, can be in needed service on earth, and can help to pave a safe way for humans to enter into the universes. Militaries in space will be able to provide safety for members of Cosmic Cultures to enter the Earth sphere…without space-based weapons. This is the beginning of the transformation of the military, and the identity of the many good services that the militaries can provide…as wars come to an end. The militarization of space is very different from the militarization of earth that took place in the context of old war mindset. In space, there is only international cooperation among militaries. This is the time for the new roles for the militaries to emerge in a new Space Age way. National and world defense systems will be based on the sharing of information and the pooling of resources to help solve urgent and potential problems on our planet as humanity evolves into space. We can get more money to the militaries and complex if they want it…modernize them all…just in another way (smile) that will provide more (different) training programs and jobs than during any hot or cold wartime.

This updated Treaty incorporates the best wording and intentions of previous, current, and proposed relevant Treaties…including the proposed Russia China treaty that wanted to ban weapons in space. This Treaty is updated with important information and language for where we are today in the developments in space…the world’s leaders are able to ban all space-BASED weapons. Once signed and ratified by the first NINE heads of states, any number could have been chosen and depending upon the final draft leaders will agree to that number may change, the Treaty will be delivered to the UN Secretary General’s office, the Treaty Depositary. Then it is introduced to the UN member countries…as world law.

This Treaty incorporates the reality that humans have evolved into a higher frequency of consciousness than that of the past. [What a lie. We are dumber than ever, and more dependent than ever. [How would the writers of this day dream know every top secret program.] The Treaty has one purpose…to ban ALL space-BASED weapons…which is doable now. [But not enforceable. Example: Why doesn’t Israel allow nuclear inspections?]

We can only hope that with the aggressor nations still needing to stimulate their budgets based on wars, and therefore the need to identify the next and the next enemies (and so the enemy list changes so the warriors can continue to dump their old weapons, test new ones, and rationalize budgets for the next phases of weapons…we can only work for and hope the country leaders will sign this Treaty. This Treaty is the first Treaty acknowledges the Cosmos Cultures and the Indigenous Cultures [Here we go, 6000 indigenous cultures will make an agreement with the “cosmic cultures”], as being Parties to the Treaty. There is no threat to humanity, or to national or world security, from Cosmos Cultures. [Yes there is. This is the time to get this Treaty signed and ratified…which means we have to get it into the hands of the world’s leaders who sign Treaties. This is THE time when space-based weapons CAN be technologically, economically, politically feasibly banned…before an irreversible momentum of funding and vested interests get put into place. While there are many issues to distract from this space for peace issue, those who “get it” have a a choice…to accept the responsibility to get this Treaty signed NOW, or not.

2014-15 is our last chance to create the new reality we want that is based on ending wars. This Treaty is the key to open the doors to the reality we really want…some of us, anyway. Will the doubts and fears, the skepticism prevail or will peace prevail? That is up to us.

If the leaders believe in the old ways of thinking, if they act with no courage or intention to replace the old dangerous, polluting, torturous and killing ways, we should now be kissing our children and their children good bye as this is where and when the human species will end. Well, perhaps those elite who get into space can keep going, but they won’t be able to survive on this planet. Much information is available about the state of our world.

There are leaders who have compromised and even participated in the war games because of various vested interests or carefully taught beliefs that actually are based on lies…including that they may want to play in order to get a seat on NATO, extended business and trade, offers of food or medicine, technology transfer, or financial assistance. This continues. You can see the teams forming…confrontational as usual.

Are there leaders, representatives of their peoples and other animals, who don’t want to do things that produce high risks of infections of sickness, starvation, or the desperate forms of corruption?

Many people don’t want to take the negatives any more…but don’t know what to do.

Some of us do know of one step. Some say “This Treaty is the most important document of our time!!!!!”

But if you hear someone being afraid, quoting others who are afraid or who have been part of the old weapons/conspiracy games, not talking in support of this Treaty, it may be time to keep walking. Surround yourself with people who understand that this Treaty must get signed into law no matter what. Listen for how individuals think…if they are not educable the move on if you want to work on getting this ban of all space-based weapons signed into law. This Treaty needs and deserves all the energy possible to get it signed. If there are people who doubt, fear, reject it then they would only harm the efforts.

Only NINE Signatories are required to sign and ratify this Treaty and then it is presented to the UN Secretary General’s office that is the Treaty depositary. Most treaties move through the UN Conference Committee, and many get stuck there. But there is another way…that is to get the leaders to sign the Treaty first, and then they know how to send it to the UN Secretary General’s office. There is no time to waste now that there are leaders who plan to base weapons in space quickly…that race is on…and so is the race to get the Treaty signed. But, again, it is possible that because this Treaty needs to get signed fast, that a big movement is not a good idea. Getting this Treaty into the hands of the presidents and prime ministers can be done by a handful of dedicated people.

Note: The Treaty of Tlalaco has about 80 countries who have already signed that Treaty that bans nuclear weapons from all countries in Latin America and the Caribbean! And, then some of the Ministers got together to discuss pooling their resources to control their own assets in space…they are working peacefully with a peace commitment. Then there are the heads of countries who did not sign such a treaty…who obviously will currently want to be part of the other kind of leaders who will be wanting to be part of controlling all on earth and space from space.

The question of our moment in time is, WHO will be the brave leader who will fist announce that he/she is introducing this Treaty to ban all space-BASED weapons, that he/she will sign and ratify as he/she invites other country leaders to sign and ratify too?

Who will be among the first brave leaders on our planet who really have the best interests of the people in their hearts…who will be recorded in history, awarded for banning of all space-based weapons and causing real peace to break out?

Who will be the leaders who can envision and work to create the realistic feasible transformation of the old ways of war and thinking into ways that will provide new opportunities and benefits for all that are finally available to us all in this Space Age?

Intelligent and caring humans are ready for peace to prevail – on earth and in space. Who will work to help get this Treaty signed into binding law?

Having been a devotee of public Disclosure of Free Energy, as per Dr. Steven Greer’s CSETI ET Contact efforts and his ongoing “effort” for Disclosure. I feel qualified, both as a participant in Greer’s contact protocols (I have ponied up for three expeditions from 2009 – 2015) and an “experiencer” since 1964 at the age of thirteen. I feel qualified to make a comment here endorsing what Mr. Songtree has said in his copious article on this subject.
Insofar as Dr. Greer’s effort; I had put in quotes above because I have afforded myself the experience of witnessing the evolution of Dr. Greer’s CSETI protocols and their apparent success, the push for Disclosure AND Free Energy (abundant CONSUMPTION), and the spread of CE-5 Contact Groups now practicing En Masse the entire World Over. The word “effort” is in quotes above simply because I have been witness to the fact that NOTHING Dr. Greer has said has moved forward in any way. The narrative remains the same same. The “mantra” of Free energy and world peace as well as the “fact” as Dr. Greer states that it is the desire of of our ET Siblings that we have world peace before THEY will reveal themselves openly and include the Earth in their Universal Utopia is repeated over and over even as he reveals the Dark Side of The Cabal that is presently manipulating the planet and PREVENTING peace.
To all my friends within the CE-5 community who read this, understand that we all research and connect the dots….but have you been doing it with prejudice toward the end you want without seeing exactly how this is all lining up? I have seen Dr. Mitchell mentioned many times and have followed every link waiting for something new. Same with Podesta’s comments. And all I get is the exact SAME things; alluding to something without confirmation and no substantiation of the various hard hitting headlines that have led me to very same information being repeated over and over!
We rail about how our politicians want to subjugate the Second Amendment and go on a massive Weapons Grab, but say nothing of the U.N.’s pushing for World Wide Disarmament of public citizens with NO CALL of disarmament of all nation’s armies! Now, we hail those promoting a Treaty for no weapons in space. How convenient that we the people would forfeit our arms, ask our nations to forfeit THEIRS from space (which by the way can be pointed outward as well as inward) because we would trust ET and World Governments NOT to point weapons at US or EACH OTHERT while we sit here and TRUST both parties?!
Dr, Greer, in 2009, had armed security and an entourage of benefactors and faithful “brothers and sisters” that have vanished after the release of “Sirius” his widely seen documentary (which I supported financially to a level whereby my name was on the credits). Inexplicably, not only did his entourage vaporize since then (and I have spoken directly and indirectly to three of the prominent ones) , but so has his paranoia and the surveillance of the CE-5 expeditions, which I also witnessed in 2009 and 2010. He traveled to the 2015 expedition with Zero Entourage, Zero Security detail, accompanied only by his wife. He still calls for Free Energy (with no mention of limits on consumption) World Peace (with no mention of how in the universe diverse cultures are to accommodate their differences or maintain sovereignty) and with unadulterated complete trust in the Millions of diverse species and cultures throughout the Universe. Perhaps we are a generation that is still evolving toward an Ultimate Universal Monoculture, but we are NOT there yet! The paradox here is that how can a faction of the culture into Love & Peace deal in a peaceful manner with those that want ALL the world to be subserviant? ET mandates World Peace! Are they deserving of our subserviance, of our apparent worship?
Why is it that Contact Protocols require we have a reverent, spiritual, prayer like protocol in order for them to appear to us on those CE-5 expeditions.
This entire social media “swirl” in regard to Podesta, Mitchell, and Carol Rosin is nothing more than a re-hash of old information, totally unrelated really, and with zero revelation for those of us who have been “in the know” for a long time. I see it, therefore, as designed to further recruit the unindoctrinated masses, designed as “new” information, and ultimately another “Psyop” for us to buy into One World Government and mass disarmament as the vehicle to further the plan of Globalization with no diversification or sovereignty.
I further see this election, where extremely brilliant people are buying into Hillary Clinton, the Anti-Trump candidate, so emotionally as to absolutely FORGET that it is SHE who is the Sharpened Tool of The Cabal we have been so vehemently opposed to!
People, our enemy is clever, cunning and deceitful! Donald Trump opposing Clinton is the exact kind of candidate, we have been on a silver platter, placed so we willingly hand our power over to the exact person The Cabal wants to lead us in the final phases of David Icke’s Totalitarian Tip Toe To Tyranny!
