It is not a story, it is the Bible. Moses was a channeler. Read it. The Jews underwent trauma based mind control for thousands of years, starting with time in wilderness under Moses. Read it. Sabbath day was a day to obey, obey, obey or else! This entity claimed to be everything, yet also jealous. This entity was real jerk, and Jesus offered a different way. Buddha did same with Brahmanism, also based on channeled entities.
Ray Songtree what is on other side? You are using word belief like word faith. One can have faith without belief, but one cannot have innocence with belief.

Faithlessness, disbelief and ignorance of our true self, is on the opposite side. If you have belief that the path you are on is true, and the law’s you abide by are holding you to a higher direction and purpose, that the Covenant you have taken is True. Then you are expressing Faith that the guidance is from a True source (God). Innocence is fine in a child, in one sense it is akin to purity, in another sense it is akin to ignorance and inadequate for people who have attained maturity. Of course, all this is just my own understanding of the spiritual verities. We are all entitled to look for the truth and find it. The trick/aim/goal is to stay firm in the covenant you are on, and sometimes ask yourself if it is the right guidance for this Day and Age. Channeled entities are prophets ~ avatars and Manifestations of God and are nothing to Scoff at. The truth is powerful.

Very few people understand that silence is silence. In Buddhism there is no covenant and it is worthwhile to scoff at channeled entities that are dependent on followers for their energy. Silence is purifying. It is not ignorant, it is aware, and innocent of complex belief systems. This is not easy to put in words. If you practice silence you will see what you are, and it can’t be described. You also won’t give your power away or ask anyone to believe anything….

Sorry, he was not that. He was here now and never gave energy to anything else and never channeled anything. He was clear of all that Akka. You have received a lot of dogma about almost everything, when, if you practice silence you will see all things are empty of attributes, indescribable, and mysterious. This is a very different kind of realization than contemplation. It is direct perception. There is nothing higher or lower. Did I get through to you?
In my own quiet mind I have discovered several important features; One, there is no One Mind. While we can “access” that which is called One Mind, we all have our own individual consciousness.
Two, all that inspires faith and belief has an “agenda”. All that “we” promote as a Cause is inspired by that which has an agenda. We are completely unable to know The Truth as related to us in scripture or any venue by “others”. We can only be our own Teacher, we can not follow by the hollow virtues of faith and hope, as neither have any basis or substance other than that of emotion.
Three; to be truly “United” is NOT to be as “One” as this is an Ultimate Agenda of control. We can only Unite in our seeking our own truth, recognizing the sovereighnty of our own consciousness and experiences.
To be our One-Self is the true reward in having received the gift of life.
“Belief” and “Follow-ship” is a prison of its own design.
I feel you have described unity and diversity well. We are people. We are different people.
