In my opinion, quality comes from quality control. To define quality, the abhorrent must be defined. This is done with shunning, which guides human behavior starting in childhood by parents.
At this time it is important to express hate openly. I hate pedophilia. It is not okay. I will be judgmental. I will be derogatory.
I suggest each of us take sides and let go of New Age operation. In fact we should hate it.
Anything is not okay. Anything does not go. I hate war crimes. I hate liars. I hate parasites. I hate people who think it is okay to fuck the Earth. I hate people who think it is okay to poison other people. I hate people who think their job is more important than the health of future generations.
In hating them, I am shunning their behavior. In a moment they can change and I will support them in purifying their values and caring about future generations. They need to feel the heat because they have very little conscience. They were not parented well. We have to teach them what is right and what is wrong.
We do this with anger, negative words, denunciation, prosecution, incarceration. We don’t love pedophiles. We hate them. We don’t love polluters. We hate them. They are abhorrent. Quality control means we define what is abhorrent.
See if you can respond to this without being New Age anything goes, don’t be judgemental, do as thou wilt, satanist. Pedophilia is just a preference????? No it’s not. You are WRONG! You can go to hell asshole! I’ll kill you if you rape my child!

Predatory sexual behavior is deserving of major punishment..
And, Of course the deepest outrage falls on those who harm children.
It’s the job of the community to vilify, shame, punish, excommunicate, banish, imprison and occasionally execute criminals.
(Bahá’u’lláh teaches that it is the duty of the community to prevent injustice and oppression.
It’s wrong for a community to allow pillage and murder to continue unchecked within its borders.
It is the duty of a just Government to prevent wrongdoing and to punish offenders.)
Yes, killing someone who violated your child would be understandable.
Our Justice system today is far from perfect yet we rely on it.
Working outside the law is counterproductive,
I’m not saying I wouldn’t kill whoever raped my child
I know how appealing the low road would feel.
But I think I would give the system a chance..
If they got away with it. I have no Idea what I’d do.
Fiji being old school British gives out long prison terms.
Almost 2 years ago ‘Anna’ a 20 year old female Baha’i travel teacher from Hawaii
was raped in Laselase village, (five minuets from Sigatoka)
by Marika a mentally unbalanced young man. (I decided to use their names, not to gossip or backbite, just telling the facts)
I’ve known him for years, He was very bright, marijuana can really mess Fijians up.
He is the oldest Son of the household where she was staying.
The evening of the day she was raped she came up to the farm to get away, we encouraged her to report it.
Mom took her to the police etc.
It caused some friction in the Baha’i Community. He got an 8 year sentence.
And for a while a few of his relatives wouldn’t talk with us. (all better now)
I was upset with them too..
When she was down there people were giving her “boys will be boys” shit.
And trying to blame the her and make her question herself.
A couple months back I asked his mom Lanieta about it and she said
“the law is the law, maybe he will come out of this better”
I told Lanieta about how one of my wife’s cousins also got 8 years (for manslaughter)
and that I though 8 for rape seemed a bit harsh, she said “well she is a kaivalagi”
I agree about that.
Fiji has a thing where white people are automatically put into a higher class.
If he had raped a local he would have probably gotten a 3 year sentence.
In the end it’s better to get our punishment in this world.
Getting away with things in this life will just set us up for more correction in the next world.
O YE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD! Know, verily, that an unforeseen calamity followeth you,
and grievous retribution awaiteth you. Think not that which ye have committed hath been effaced in My sight.
By My beauty! All your doings hath My pen graven with open characters upon tablets of chrysolite.

Thanks for sharing justifiable Hate-
Like everything it has it’s place
I think you hit dead center on a valid outlet for it.
Thanks to Ray Songtree for this thoughtful mini-essay on hate. A good time to think about it. For me, hate is an emotion that takes too much energy. What I do instead — for example, regarding the anti-human activities of pedophilia, mind control, targeting, etc. — is I COMMIT TO ACTIVELY OPPOSING IT WHEN IT COMES ACROSS MY PATH. Anything anti-human and anti-life is hateful to me. The hateful generally approaches in secret and disguised as “nice,” “respectable,” “science,” etc., so I have spent the time and energy to study how to detect its presence so I do not get caught in its maws but can be a dependable worker for the Good.
Hate is a debilitating emotion. Righteous anger and outrage serve as well for me. It just means when I kill the bastard I do it more effectively and with less emotion.
I agree with you. I suppose righteous anger is a good way to differentiate hate. What I was trying to say is that new age won’t allow anger.
Actually, hate can be very empowering. What have you got when everything you love has been taken away from you? Hate.
If you act on that hatred in a selfish, irrational manner, then you become part of the problem. But if you learn how to properly channel hatred, it can rival love as one of the most powerful forces in the universe.
Once upon a time there was a guy who said “judge not lest ye be judged”.
He was full of shit. He also said he was a god.
Yea, being afraid of being judged… WTF????
Islam is a violent ideology where parents teach their children that a mass murderer and child rapist pedophile named MOHAMMED was a holy prophet from god.
Would you agree that they teach he was a prophet of god and never mention his real history?
Buddha was WRONG. Suffering is not caused by desire. Suffering is caused by FALSE DESIRE. Wanting what is impossible is false desire. The most common false desire is wanting to change the past. Real desire is AMBITION. Improvement is the result of real desire.
This was great comment IMO. The main false desire that Buddha talked about was trying to keep things
the same, when they can never stay the same, so that was called attachment. He did not say desire causes suffering. He said attachment is suffering. I think if you studied Buddha more you would really agree with his observations. The key word is “impermanence.”
Oh, just to correct something you said. The Eastern understanding is that desire creates karma, or consequences, and unconscious desire causes calamity. Desiring purity, for example, is a good thing. So desire is just like fuel for movement. It is attachment that is the hook that keeps us from swimming along.
Thank you. I hate my ex-wife for teaching and encouraging our 2 children to hate me. It’s not ok. I am a good father and love and miss them so much. I don’t feel good about hating our kids mother but I do. I would be dishonest if I said I didn’t hate her….and I hate liars. So in order to not be a liar and hate myself…..I give up….but yeah….I fucking hate my ex-wife. She is an evil delusional psychopath.
Brother, I have been through two divorces. Your hate is from hurt. With time you won’t hurt and you won’t hate, but
you also will probably not trust her. You will love her being far away from you 🙂 Don’t be consumed by any emotion. Your kids, I hope you can see them, will not hate you if you are kind and listen to them. Forget her if you can and keep seeing your kids. They will come to you more in future if you can hold a beautiful heart for them now. I am amazed by both my x wives, who are even more of what it was that was a disconnect back in the day.
Wow, great article! I wish more people would recognize the anger and even hate can be not just normal but righteous.
Blind, irrational hatred is obviously something to be shunned. But would Che Guevara have accomplished without hating the evil people he fought against? How can you love something without hating that which destroys it?
As a former school teacher turned political activist, I’m astounded by our society’s double standard(s) regarding hate. Studying hate is a truly bizarre experience, as if the literature is 90% propaganda.
There is a place for forgiveness and a place for hate. Break my window, and I may forgive you. Destroy a forest, and I’ll hate you forever – and you’d better hope I never track you down.
I’m working on a series of books about politix (political science + political philosophy), and I’ll have a lot to say about anger and hate. I may link to your article.
Thanks for the inspirational quotes!
Most what i read online is trash and copy paste but i think you offer something different. Keep it like this.
