FBI’s James Comey declares the rule of law has just been abandoned in America: Selective prosecution means total immunity for the criminals in Washington

(NaturalNews) Earlier today, FBI director James Comey magically cleared democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton of any risk of criminal prosecution related to her classified email violations. In a live press conference that was obviously scripted, Comey confirmed that Hillary Clinton sent or received at least 110 emails that contained classified information, in blatant violation of U.S. law. This violation of federal law was described by Comey as “reckless” but not worthy of prosecution. “No charges are appropriate in this case,” he concluded.
Yet it’s clear this decision was based on special consideration that applies only to politically connected power brokers like Hillary Clinton. Many other individuals are currently in prison for carrying out similar acts. Unlike Clinton, they were prosecuted for violating national security laws. But Clinton, as part of America’s political elite, is evidently immune from all prosecution.
Effectively, James Comey rewrote federal law to excuse Clinton by claiming she didn’t “intend” to violate the law. In this outstanding article entitled FBI Rewrites Federal Law to Let Hillary Off the Hook, Andrew McCarthy brilliantly explains:
There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services. Yet, Director Comey recommended against prosecution of the law violations he clearly found on the ground that there was no intent to harm the United States. In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require.
None of us are surprised that the FBI rewrote the law specifically to give Hillary Clinton a free pass. We all now expect exactly this kind of corruption in Washington. That’s how far gone America really is… THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AT EVERY LEVEL!
America is no longer a nation of law
What this decision by James Comey and the FBI really means is that America is no longer a nation of law. Instead, it is a wholly corrupt political regime where even the top investigation officials selectively apply or ignore the law, depending on the political leanings of their intended targets. Those individuals who violate the law but are part of the protected elite are granted immunity from prosecution. On the other hand, those individuals who oppose the political elite are selectively targeted for extreme prosecution, often based on far flimsier evidence than what was gathered from Clinton’s private email server (see the prosecution of General Petraeus as an example).
Effectively, James Comey’s announcement is a declaration that the government can no longer police itself. Every branch of government will now cover up and protect every other branch of government, no matter how corrupt or illegal the actions.
The upshot of this arrangement is that the government will always protect its own interests while selectively targeting independent-minded citizens and groups for prosecution and intimidation. No one has been charged in the IRS’ targeting of patriotic non-profit groups, for example. And no one ever will. Similarly, not one federal official has been charged in the Flint, Michigan cover-up of lead contamination in the water supply.
As of today, July 5th, the federal government of the United States is nothing more than an occupying enemy force that has seized control of the political apparatus, in gross violation of the fundamental tenants of law and justice upon which America was founded. Those who now sit in Washington and dish out selective prosecutions against some people while granting prosecutorial immunity against others are enemies of justice and enemies of the People. They have abandoned the rule of law, and in doing so, they have effectively stated that all the prosecutorial power of the state will be brought solely against those who oppose the regime currently in power.
America, in other words, has just become a banana republic. And like every banana republic, the economy is built on the endless printing of new debt, while the dictatorial control of the political elite is accomplished by stripping away all gun rights from the citizens to make sure the criminal government regime has a complete monopoly on firepower. America is now moving into a “rule by gunpoint” phase of history.
All the laws being written and passed by federal lawmakers today are meant only to consolidate power and control into the hands of the Washington elite. There are no longer any laws that intentionally represent the interests of the people. All laws are now written by corporations or lobbyists, and passed by bribed politicians who now systematically and routinely violate the very people they once claimed to represent.
The federal government, in essence, now exists solely to grow its size, power and control at any cost. It is now a runaway criminal entity… a cancer on society… and it will never stop expanding its reach until it controls every aspect of the economy, the population and even the private lives of every citizen.
This cancer must be stopped, or the nation will die.
Checks and balances have been abandoned… it’s all one grand criminal regime occupying Washington
Effectively, all three branches of government have now been totally corrupted: Legislative, judicial and executive. There are no longer checks and balances in the United States government. It’s all one grand criminal cabal of political elitists who see themselves as above the law. Those who sit in the high court — the Supreme Court Justices — also now ignore the law at every opportunity, abandoning the written word and effectively writing new law to push a political agenda that further emboldens the power and reach of the federal government.
Keep in mind that the Washington cabal of criminal politicians and government miscreants has already seized nearly 50% of the land across the western states of America (click here to see the map), labeling it “public land” when it actually means it’s land controlled by the corrupt federal government. What’s left for the people of America? An ever-shrinking quantity of inferior, private lands which have now been largely contaminated by EPA-approved toxic pesticides and herbicide chemicals.
What’s really unfolding in America is a Hunger Games scenario where the political elite in Washington rule over the starving, impoverished masses who are denied land, power and even a means of self-defense. Just as in the Hunger Games, America’s media is also little more than state-run propaganda parading around as media. Over the last year, the mainstream media has systematically covered up every crime of Hillary Clinton while directing nearly 100% of its staff resources toward slandering Donald Trump. The result is that very few Americans have any clue about the criminality and corruption of the Clintons. And this November, tens of millions of Americans will vote out of sheer ignorance, having no knowledge of reality.
This is the very last chance to save America from absolute totalitarianism
Hillary Clinton is a Mosanto operative, a mandatory vaccine pusher, a corrupt friend of the banksters, a war criminal, a chronic liar and the leader of the Clinton-era efforts to verbally abuse, threaten and intimidate the many rape victims of Bill.
That she is even still in the race for president tells you everything you need to know about the absolute corruption of the media, the political establishment and now even the FBI. Now in America, any person who opposes this war criminal Clinton from becoming president is maligned as “bigoted” or “sexist” in exactly the same way that any person who opposed any policy of Obama was decried as “racist.” The democrats now emerge as the most intolerant, irrational and cognitively insane political party America has ever seen in her history, screaming “bigots!” while demanding absolute obedience to its own twisted agenda of placing an evil, corrupted and mentally dangerous woman into the White House (while crushing the voices of Bernie Sanders supporters through systematic corruption and oppression).
This election may be the very last chance to save America from descending into a totalitarian police state run by the Clinton criminals. I urge every Natural News reader to vote against Hillary the criminal and send a message to Washington: We will not suffer under your political totalitarianism and selective immunity from law. We the People demand that all laws be applied equally to all people. We demand that our President not be a liar, a serial abuser of women and a deeply corrupted political operative who has already sold out the White House to foreign interests.

Thank you Director Comey for so blatantly exposing in one simple press conference what “conspiracy theorists” and “Truthers” all over the world, laboring in Alternative News and Social Media sites have been attempting to accomplish for so many years. Mountains of documented evidence, both obscure and widely available, has been brought before the public by the Tin Foil Hats only to be ignored, debunked, denied and put in the deep black box of obscurity so as not to be considered true or applicable to The System at large.
